The adventages of renting our home in Dinard

About this property

A family villa awarded 4 stars by the Dinard Tourist Office, located in the Saint‑Énogat district, 30 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the shops. This 140 m² home sleeps up to 9 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets: perfect for a holiday with family or friends.

Built in the 1930s and fully renovated, it has kept all its charm and family spirit. Particular care has gone into comfort: premium bedding with 3 large 180 cm beds (premium mattresses) and 3 single 90 cm beds, a fully fitted kitchen, a living room with TV and sound bar, internet, household linen and towels provided, baby equipment, and end-of-stay cleaning included. An outdoor shower is also available — very handy on the way back from the beach.

Its greatest asset remains its location: once you’re there, everything is within walking distance — beach, shops, restaurants, seaside walks, thalassotherapy spa and town centre. In high season, stays are generally booked by the week, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays.

Where the property is located

Neighbourhood highlights

The house is in Dinard, in the Saint‑Énogat district, one of the most sought-after areas of the seaside resort. Set right opposite the beach, in a quiet, residential setting, it’s ideal for enjoying the sea and coastal walks.

Local shops are less than a 2-minute walk away: bakeries, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent, restaurants, cafés and everyday services.

The thalassotherapy spa is easily reached in 7 to 10 minutes along the beach. Dinard town centre, the other beaches, the market and the Clair de Lune promenade also let you make the most of your stay without relying on a car.

Getting around

A parking space is available in the courtyard of the house — a real comfort in Dinard, especially in high season.

Once you’re there, a car isn’t essential: the beach, shops, restaurants, cafés and seaside walks are all easily reached on foot.

The house is accessible by car, or by train to Saint‑Malo, then by taxi or bus to Dinard. The town centre, the market, the thalassotherapy spa and the other beaches are also easy to reach.

A car does remain useful, however, for exploring the surrounding area, in particular Mont Saint‑Michel, Dinan, Cancale, Saint‑Malo and the Emerald Coast.
